Number of Licenses: The concessions comprise 15 distinct mining belongings.
Location: Perfectly situated in the Copiapo Commune, at the epicenter of the famous Region of Atacama, Chile.

Legality: These concessions are rightfully registered at Copiapo’s Mining Conservator, with every piece of paperwork being meticulously maintained.
Patents Taxes: All dues have been paid in full and on time.

Insights from the latest CODELCO drillings in Maricunga in 2022 and 2023 -immediately next or inside the concessions areas- reveal:

Samples: A dedicated team of geologists extracted 132 samples specifically for lab analysis.
Number of Wells: The samples were sourced from 10 carefully chosen wells.
Drilled Length: The drilling process covered a vast length of ≈2,368 m, which is approximately ≈7,770 ft.
Maximum Depths: The drilling expedition achieved depths greater than 400 m or about 1,310 ft.

Laboratory Analysis Results:

Lithium Concentration:
- Range: The concentrations vary from 517 ppm, reaching up to 1,787 ppm.
- Statistics: With an average concentration pegged at 1,073 ppm, the median stands at 978 ppm.
Potassium Content: The brine is rich in potassium, with a concentration of 8,500 ppm.

Global Ranking:

As per CODELCO’s 2023 geological sampling, the Salar de Maricunga salt field is heralded as the second most superior in the world in terms of lithium content. It is second only to the iconic Salar de Atacama.
